Pastor Perry Chow was born in Hong Kong. He accepted Christ and was baptized at Hong Kong Tsim Sha Tsui Baptist Church in 1979. He received a BA in Finance from the National Taiwan University, and then worked in an investment banking for a year before God called him into a full time ministry. After he returned back to Hong Kong, he attended Hong Kong Baptist Theological Seminary in 1989. Then, he served in a Baptist church in Hong Kong for several years.

He came to Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary for his Master of Theology in 1994. He joined the staff at BCEC as Assistant to the Pastor in 1996. He was ordained and installed as Assistant Pastor in 2000. He is now entering a doctoral program for Worship Studies in the Institute for Worship Studies in Florida.

He has been married to Peggy since 1991.
