This is opportunity for members of different BCEC congregations to interact with one another. All congregations and families are welcome to join!
Bus transportation available for $10 per passenger. Pickup from Chinatown at 249 Harrison 8:30am. Please RSVP if you need a seat.
Please bring your own lunch and towel for seating on grass.
TENTATIVE SCHEDULE
8:30am arrival at CT of those with bus
8:30-9:00am departure of bus from CT
10:15am arrival and setup
10:25-10:45am introductory words and joint worship
10:45-1:00pm lunch, activities, prepare watermelon
1:00-1:30pm eat watermelon
1:30-3:00pm continue activities, cleanup
3:00pm bus departure from Canonicus
