Children Ministry
BCEC’s Children Ministry provides a vibrant and nurturing space where children can learn about God’s love in a fun and engaging environment. We provide nursery service for families with infants and toddlers (ages 0-2). Classes are designed for kids from preschool (2 years old) to 5th grade. Our program offers interactive Bible lessons, creative activities, and meaningful friendships that help children grow in their faith and character.
Whether it’s through KidZ Time, Sunday school, or special events such as the summer Vacation Bible School, we partner with families to build a strong foundation of faith for the next generation. Come join us and watch your child’s faith flourish!
Time and Location: Junior Worship – Sunday at 9:15am in Room 208
Sunday School (CSS) – Sunday at 11am in 2/F Classrooms

Youth Ministry
Our Youth Ministry is a welcoming set of overlapping communities where youth (grades 6-12) can explore faith, build lasting friendships, and grow into the people God created them to be.
TIOB (Together In One Bucket) is our Newton English youth group that has different programs and gatherings on Fridays and Sundays, along with annual retreats.
We desire to share Jesus and equip students to navigate life’s challenges with a Christ-centered perspective. Through group games, small groups led by counselors, different classes, and gathering spaces, teenagers will find a safe and supportive space to ask tough questions, discover their unique gifts, and grow a relationship with God.
Time and Location: TIOB Friday Nights – Friday from 7:30pm to 9pm, Fellowship Hall
TIOB Sunday Mornings – Sunday from 9:15am to 10:30am, Fellowship Hall

College Ministry
Our College Ministry aims to, in one student generation, create an integrated, (college-aged) community to love God, love others, and love our church.
Our communities are built for college-aged people looking for a place to build meaningful connections. We look to provide a space to learn, grow in faith, fellowship, work, and worship God.
From gatherings both at church, small group meetings on various college campuses, to service projects and retreats, our College Ministries work to equip students to live out their faith on campus, within the church, and in the world. Come join us as we journey together in faith, friendship, and purpose!
Time: First and third Sundays of every month at 12:45pm in Room 206

Stephen Ministry
Stephen Ministry aims to provide Christ-centered, confidential one-on-one care, and to bring God’s comfort and compassion to members facing difficulties such as the loss of a loved one, divorce, unemployment, serious or chronic illness, relationship fracture, emotional depression, etc. Stephen ministry, like the work of the apostolic church in the past, consists of lay people to ease the burden of pastoral care. It also responds to Jesus’ command, “Love one another”.
