Fiscal Year-End Reminder Just a friendly reminder that our fiscal year ends on September 30, 2025. To help us close the books on time, please make sure to submit all income and expenses to the Treasurers and Accountants, respectively, by Sunday, September 28.
Please note: Reimbursement requests submitted after this date will not be accepted.
Remember that all expenses must be signed and approved by the appropriate budget owner before being sent to the accountants. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us close out the fiscal year smoothly.God loves a cheerful giver. Thank you for supporting God’s work through BCEC. For accurate donation records, please always put down your offering ID and indicate the fund (General, Missions, Expansion or Charity) to apply. You can use your bank’s online Bill Pay feature to set up a one-time or recurring payment to be mailed to the church on a scheduled basis. We also encourage you to set up recurring online giving. To minimize the fee to the church, please use ACH (bank account). You also have the option to check the box to help cover the administrative fee of online giving. If you have any questions about giving, email the BCEC Treasurers at bod.treasurer@bcec.net.
Here is the description of the four funds:- General – Supports day-to-day church operations
- Missions – Supports missionaries, seminary students, and other organizations
- Expansion – Supports future church building expansion projects
- Charity – Supports social concerns and helping the needy
Note: Non-designated amounts will be assigned to General Fund.
Charity Fund Update Praise God! Brothers and sisters in Christ have responded to the Call to Action to pray and donate to the Charity Fund. The Social Responsibility ministry is thankful to God for the generous giving and prayers thus far.
