Children Ministry

Nursery (infants & toddlers ages 0-2)
We believe in nurturing faith from the very beginning. We understand the importance of age-appropriate care and strive to create a comforting space for each child. Our nursery ministry provides a safe, loving, and engaging environment for your youngest children while you participate in our worship services and other church activities.

Preschool (ages 2 to kindergarten) Group
Our Preschool KidZ Time and Sunday School offer a warm and nurturing environment where your littlest learners can discover God’s love. Through engaging stories, crafts, songs, and play, we introduce them to foundational Bible truths in a way that’s fun, memorable, and age-appropriate.

Elementary (1st -5th grade) Group
Our Elementary KidZ Time and Sunday School are dedicated to nurturing the spiritual growth of children through age-appropriate Bible teaching, worship, and meaningful activities. We equip young hearts and minds to understand God’s love, learn foundational biblical truths, and develop a personal relationship with Jesus. We’re committed to helping your child build a strong and lasting foundation of faith.

Additional Resource for Families: go.bcec.net/kidminsite
You can find age-specific videos and resources in the digital library every week to help your children learn more about Jesus and God’s love. The videos are aligned with our weekly curriculum at church so that you can stay connected or review the lesson wherever you are.

Youth Ministry

Our Youth Ministry is a welcoming set of overlapping communities where youth (grades 6-12) can explore faith, build lasting friendships, and grow into the people God created them to be.

We have 2 main communities of youth: An English-speaking and a Chinese-speaking community. Each of these three groups has different programs and gatherings on Fridays and Sundays, along with annual retreats.

There is also a weekday after school youth center for those who live closest in the city of Boston, with homework help, mentoring, recreation, leadership development, and devotions.

We desire to share Jesus and equip students to navigate life’s challenges with a Christ-centered perspective. Through group games, small groups led by counselors, different classes, and gathering spaces, teenagers will find a safe and supportive space to ask tough questions, discover their unique gifts, and grow a relationship with God.

College Ministry

Our College Ministry aims to, in one student generation, create an integrated, (college-aged) community to love God, love others, and love our church.

Our communities are built for college-aged people looking for a place to build meaningful connections. We look to provide a space to learn, grow in faith, fellowship, work, and worship God.

From gatherings both at church, small group meetings on various college campuses, to service projects and retreats, our College Ministries work to equip students to live out their faith on campus, within the church, and in the world. Come join us as we journey together in faith, friendship, and purpose!

Stephen Ministry
Stephen Ministry aims to provide Christ-centered, confidential one-on-one care, and to bring God’s comfort and compassion to members facing difficulties such as the loss of a loved one, divorce, unemployment, serious or chronic illness, relationship fracture, emotional depression, etc. Stephen ministry, like the work of the apostolic church in the past, consists of lay people to ease the burden of pastoral care. It also responds to Jesus’ command, “Love one another”.
