Located on 120 Shawmut Ave, Boston, South Cove Manor is a nursing and rehabilitation home for Asian-Chinese elderly. The facility, built in 1985, is a 3-story building consisting of 5 four-patient rooms, 38 two-patient rooms, and 4 single patient rooms for a total of 47 patient rooms. In addition to patient rooms, there are a number of offices and large activity rooms throughout this facility. The total living area of the 3 floors is 34,162 sq. ft. with 3,000 sq. ft. of basement. Our 249 Harrison Ave. site has a total living area of 5,789 sq. ft.
